Where is my package?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the package ships. You'll also find it under your orders when you're signed in.
See your ordersHow long is delivery?
Order before 13:00 on a weekday and we ship the same day. Otherwise it goes out the next business day. Posten then takes 2–5 business days, depending on where in Norway you live.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened items. Let us know within 14 days of receiving the package. Opened tea and matcha can't be returned.
