Where is my package?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the package ships. You'll also find it under your orders when you're signed in.

Orders normally ship within 1–2 business days. Posten then takes 2–5 business days, depending on where in Norway you live.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened items. Let us know within 14 days of receiving the package. Opened tea and matcha can't be returned.
